ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services of Harborpoint REIT INC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Harborpoint REIT INC provides real estate investment consulting and advisory services. We do not guarantee investment performance or specific financial outcomes.
PRICING
Pricing for services is negotiated on a per-project, advisory, or retainer basis depending on the scope and complexity of services requested. All pricing will be clearly outlined in a written agreement or invoice before services begin.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms may include upfront retainers, milestone-based payments, or payment upon invoice issuance. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance.
LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or the maximum amount permitted by law. Services may be paused or terminated until payment is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs before services begin, any prepaid fees may be refunded minus administrative costs. If services have commenced, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the advisory and consulting nature of our services, refunds are not provided for completed work or delivered consultations. Any potential refunds for undelivered services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
NO GUARANTEE
Harborpoint REIT INC does not guarantee specific investment returns, financial performance, or market outcomes. All investments carry risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harborpoint REIT INC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, reports, and strategic documents provided remain the intellectual property of Harborpoint REIT INC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Harborpoint REIT INC operates.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
